Quality, craftsmanship, and dedication to customer service are our top priority every day and we will do all we can to ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction no matter the situation.
Covered Under Warranty
Our Antler Shed Camo exterior, 16 Ga all welded steel frame, and 100% Carpeted Interior are all covered by our 40 Year Warranty. Although we rarely hear of any warranty issues, we will always give 100% of our effort to take care of you, the customer, to ensure your blind stays free of manufacturing defects and is always ready for your next hunt.
Not Covered Under Warranty
Failures due to misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear and improper installation are not covered by this warranty. Failures due to weather, wildfires, or acts of God are not covered by this warranty. Antler Shed Deer Blinds is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. With that said, our Team goes out of our way daily to take care of customers in these unfortunate situations. We will always exhaust every effort to get your blind back to as close to factory quality as possible at the best price point possible. We do not mark up any of our material and parts to make money off our existing customers.
Warranty Claim Process
In the event that you have a problem with your Antler Shed Deer Blind, send pictures and proof of purchase to info@theantlersheddeerblinds.com and a company representative will follow up with you. Our Promise to You
Warranted Claims are left up to the discretion of Antler Shed Deer Blinds, however, we will always use discretion in favor of the customer. If covered under warranty, all blinds/parts are covered for free and if possible, shipped to you for free. If unable to be shipped, we will work with you and your nearest dealer to have your blind/parts replaced or repaired by one of our field technicians.
No Other Express Warranty Applies
This Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for The Antler Shed Deer Blinds. No employee, agent, dealer, or other representative is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on
